Are you ready for an adventure to stretch your faith and change your life?
We’re looking for individuals (High School graduate - 25 years) who are passionate about serving Jesus Christ and investing in kids, students, and leaders. A summer at Rose of Sharon is meaningful, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. Interns must be committed to God and the local church, eager to grow, and ready to serve wherever needed.
This hands-on ministry internship calls for strong relationships, servant leadership, clear communication, and faithful stewardship of camp resources. Flexibility and resourcefulness are essential—every day brings something new.
If you’re willing to work hard, serve without recognition, and give your very best for the glory of God, this may be the summer for you.
Our goal is simple: that every intern reflects the heart and character of Jesus in all they do.

Sean
Strong
Having been raised in church as a young boy, Sean Strong strayed from God in his early teens. After a near fatal accident, he decided it was time to stop running. At age 17, he attended Acquire the Fire Conference where he dedicated his life back to God. From there, he started a ministry internship with his Pastor, Sam Woods, in his hometown of Oklahoma City, OK.

In 2000, Sean relocated to Lebanon, MO where, a few months later, he married the love of his life, Crystal. Together they served as Youth Pastors and later became the Associate Pastors of their home church, Lighthouse Ministry Center. Sean also served as the Worship Leader.

In 2002, they welcomed a son, Jeremiah, and three and a half years later their family was complete when their daughter, Brooklyn, was born.
In 2008, Sean started traveling to various cities, holding revivals and conferences. From then on, God started opening doors all over the United States, as well as overseas.

He decided to continue his education, earning a Bachelors in Biblical Studies, a Masters in Theology, and a Doctorate in Divinity from Midwest College of Theology.

Sean Strong has been hand-picked, sanctified, and called by God to be a revivalist for this day and hour that we live in. He preaches like the men and women of old who were not afraid or ashamed to preach about the blood and of living a life of holiness and righteousness. His ministry's mission is to reach the lost and to bring them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to train, impact, and influence this generation to operate in the Kingdom laws so they can walk as the ambassadors that God has made them to be. He boldly preaches, stands strong on, and will not compromise the truths or the foundations of the Bible which is God's holy inspired word.

Alli Harris
Dawson and Alli Harris are passionate carriers of revival fire, called to see souls saved, bodies healed, and the Church awakened to the fullness of Jesus. Everywhere they go, the Spirit of God moves in power—lives are transformed, chains are broken, and a holy hunger for His presence is ignited.
With hearts burning for Jesus, they long to see the lost come home and believers stirred into deeper lives of prayer, intercession, and bold faith. Their ministry is marked by a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire, leading people into powerful encounters that spark lasting change. Above all, their desire is simple: that Jesus would be lifted high and glorified in every gathering, every home, and every heart.

WHITE
Jason and Tabitha White are the Children's Pastors at the Revival Center in Vincent, Alabama. After serving in children's ministry for several years at their local church, they felt God was moving them into full-time ministry. They have now served as the Children's Pastors since January 2020. Jason and Tabitha are passionate about teaching children to explore God's Word, celebrate His Goodness, and shine His Love on Others. They have been married for twenty years and have three children: Brynlee, Camryn, and Cayden.

The mission of RoS Camps is to see young people’s lives changed by the power of God, which is accomplished not by facilities, camp programs, or activities but by the presence and the anointing of Almighty God! At Rose of Sharon Church Camp Inc., we strive to keep our facilities in the best shape possible, to provide a camp program which in turn, provides an atmosphere and opportunity for God to do something awesome in each camper’s life! The Rose of Sharon staff prays the Lord does just that in the lives of your campers this year – something awesome!
